Since established in 2012, KVTS Automotive Pvt Ltd, has grown to encompass over 50,000 sq. ft. located in Thiruvallur, Chennai Postal Region.
Our comprehensive machining capabilities include CNC Circular Sawing, CNC Facing & Centering, CNC Turning, CNC Cylindrical Grinding, VMC up to 4 Axis, Thread & Serration Rolling, Broaching, Spline Hobing, Honing and along with a variety of Special Purpose Machines for milling and drilling.
Our team consists of more than 40 experienced engineers and an additional 60 engineers, supported by a strong skilled workforce of 150. We are IATF-16949 certified, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards. Our fully equipped standards room features CMM, contour testing equipment, surface roughness testers, micro hardness testers, internal calibration & manufacturing capabilities and zero-grade gauge blocks.
